We are currently hiring Sales Consultants for our three store locations in Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Kernersville. Qualified applicants will have prior experience in sales, retail and/or furniture and have a desire to work with the public. Ideal candidates will also possess strong verbal communication and customer service skills along with the ability to work a flexible schedule which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays. These full time opportunities include a training program, benefits and an excellent income potential.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrates outstanding service in a clean, neat and easy to shop environment.
  • Practices suggestive selling, offering related items and accessories, driving multiple-unit sales.
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of store products and services and uses this knowledge to build sales and enhance the level of customer service provided.
  • Properly executes all systems and point of sale procedures to ensure an efficient transaction.
  • Partners with selling team to maintain department merchandising and maintenance standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, fellow associates and management.
  • Equally shares operational responsibilities of department as customer traffic allows.
  • Achieves sales per hour minimum standard on a rolling three month average.
  • Ability to stand 6-8 hours at a time
